It is our pleasure to extend an invitation to you for participation in 2019 Mediterranean Retina Meeting being held from August 8 through 11, 2019 at Dubrovnik, Croatia.  This meeting provides a unique opportunity for you to present information and network with the premier retina physicians from all over the world. 
    
•     1,500 Euros: Bronze sponsorship will provide for display space
•     2,500  Euros: Silver sponsorship will provide for one dinner event and two attendees.
•     5,000  Euros: Gold sponsorship will provide for a 5 minute podium time slot one dinner event and two attendees.
•     7,500  Euros: Platinum sponsorship will provide for a 10 minute podium time slot, one dinner event and four attendees. 
•     10,000  Euros: Diamond sponsorship will provide for a 15 minute podium time slot, one dinner event and four attendees.

          All sponsorship  levels will include: 
•    Exhibit display during the two-day meeting with pamphlets and other educational materials.
•    Opportunity to display products and distribute information to attendees on a one-on-one basis. 
•    Joining us at the Welcome Reception.

Your check should be made payable to Medi-Retina Meeting, LLC.  Please attach a copy of this letter or make a notation with the check that it is sponsorship for the 2019 Mediterranean Retina Meeting.
